How do I get a mockup made?

1. LET’S TALK: In order to create you a truly useful sales tool, we need some context about you, your business and your customer. Contact us HERE and we’ll schedule phone or Skype call.

2. MODEL CREATION: We will need a physical sample or several photographs of the product along with the manufacturer template showing printable area(s) and number of colors. From these, we will create a 3D model, ready for rendering.

3. ARTWORK CREATION:

Option A: Send completed customer artwork in manufacturer template. 
Option B: Send a vector artwork file. we will create design options in the manufacturer template.
Option C: Send a non-vector artwork file or website location of customer artwork. we will capture & convert logo into print-ready vector artwork then create design options in manufacturer template.. (Note: Not all low-res artwork can be captured and converted successfully. But we can do it about 85% of the time.)

4. MOCKUP CREATION & DELIVERY: Design options will be placed on the models, rendered, optimized and delivered as a high-quality .pdf along with corresponding print-ready artwork in manufacturer templates. 


How long does it take?

The time required varies. Building and rendering a model for the first time can take a week. Renders of existing models can typically be delivered in 2-3 days, often less.


Do you need vector/ print-ready artwork?

We can work from nearly any reference material. Large, clear artwork is preferred, but we can typically capture and convert low-quality/resolution logos and turn them into print-ready vector artwork.


Yes. Some products look great with a simple, unadorned logo. Others look better by adding complementary visual elements (backgrounds, outlines, reversals, color changes). We can produce several design options for any product and include them in the renders.
